PayPal Payment Guideline (Click to open)

* Please use the same name and email address that are registered with the CCMR office if possible. If must use a different name and email address, please notify CCMR fee office (cc3dmr.payment@gmail.com) by forwarding the PayPal receipt with the beneficiary information (name, email and institution).

* The payment link generally works well. However, few people experience that the PayPal would not accept their credit cards once the wrong information is supplied. Normally, it will work after some hours or in the next day, which appears to be a security purpose.Alternatively, try to use another web browser, i.e. Chrome or Firefox, or update the web browser if using an old version. If the issue is persistent, please contact the CCMR fee office (cc3dmr.payment@gmail.com) with an issue description.

* Any question or inquiry about the registration payment or any trouble with the payment should be directed to the CCMR fee office (cc3dmr.payment@gmail.com).

* All participants must pay registration fees according to the following schedule:

* One registration is qualified for one presentation & proceeding.

* Accompanying person registration is qualified for everything except giving a presentation.

 

* Registration coverage:

1. Scientific Session Programs.
2. Poster session with drinks and snacks.
3. Reception.
4. Banquet.
5. Session coffee breaks & snacks.
6. Suggested evening activities (transportation and tickets covered).
7. Scientific excursion on Friday (transportation and tickets covered).
8. A few other related stuffs.

The registration fees are refundable at a ten percent (10%) processing charge if the notice of cancellation is received on or before 30 April 2018 (KST), or at a twenty five percent (25%) processing charge if the notice of cancellation is received on or before 30 May 2018 (KST).  Registration fees CANNOT be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received after 30 May 2018 (KST).
